As our Controller & Consolidation Staff, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, preparing consolidated financial statements, and providing valuable insights to our management team. You'll work closely with our accounting and finance teams, leveraging your expertise in financial reporting and consolidation to ensure our financial statements are reliable and compliant with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
• Maintain and update the company's chart of accounts.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
