Silver Bit Indonesia is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Deputy Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and verify bank transactions, invoices, and receipts.,Support the bookkeeper in reconciling bank statements and accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
