As a Deputy Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the clinic's inventory.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the dental shop inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and assisting with their purchases.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's dental equipment and supplies.,Support the Shop Assistant in handling customer complaints and resolving issues.,Assist in the preparation and organization of dental materials for appointments.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dental shop and clinic areas.,Assist in the preparation of dental records and documentation.,Support the Shop Assistant in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Basic knowledge of dental products and services is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with using basic office software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Physical ability to stand, lift, and move dental equipment and supplies.
