📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain organic farm operations, ensuring compliance with organic standards and best practices.
• Apply organic fertilizers and pesticides, following prescribed schedules and guidelines.
• Conduct regular crop inspections to assess health and yield, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of farm activities, including crop health, pest control, and fertilizer application.
• Collaborate with the farming team to implement sustainable and efficient farming practices.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports to relevant authorities.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on organic farming techniques and industry standards.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and maintaining high-quality standards for organic products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in organic agriculture or related field.
• Familiarity with organic farming practices, including crop rotation, companion planting, and natural pest control.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural software and tools, such as AgriWeb, FarmLogs, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for farm visits and fieldwork.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural regulations and organic certification standards.
