Depot Dian Electronics is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment and onboarding processes.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR functions align with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
