Crystal Pro Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead F&B Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to provide excellent service to guests.,Manage the inventory and ordering of food and beverages to ensure that we always have the right supplies on hand.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality and safety standards.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new F&B service initiatives and improvements.,Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the F&B service area is safe and clean.,Work with the marketing team to promote special F&B offers and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems.,Familiarity with POS systems and food and beverage management software.
