📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Ability to travel both locally and nationally as required.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
