📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and mentor a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
