📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, maintain, and enhance LLD reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report on large loan exposures.
• Ensure that all LLD reports meet regulatory standards set by OJK and Bank Indonesia.
• Monitor and analyze LLD data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure that reporting processes are aligned with these changes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on LLD reporting processes and best practices.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure the integrity and accuracy of LLD data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly those related to large loan exposures.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus.
