📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic performance and efficiency.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the clinic.,Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
