In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks with ease.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Manage the reception desk, including scheduling appointments, managing the guest book, and ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to guests and clients.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to guest requests.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.,Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
