📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior recruiters to ensure consistent and effective recruitment practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must; other languages are a plus.
