📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes.,Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Follow safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance and high standards.,Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop team capabilities.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environment (HSE).🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.,Familiarity with various CNC machines and programming languages.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
