Toko Elsa Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. We are a family-owned business with a passion for delivering the best fried chicken experience to our customers. As an Assistant Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports for management review.,Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and payroll processing.,Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Maintain and organize financial documents and records.,Provide support to the accounting team as needed.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic understanding of Indonesian accounting standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
