• Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Bali.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with our overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure that our sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our sales strategies and processes.
• Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the retail or wholesale industry, with a deep understanding of the local market in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
