📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 retail associates, ensuring they meet daily sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and POS systems, and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in store audits and quality control measures to maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the store manager and regional teams to implement new initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B sector.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in retail management or leadership is a plus.
