Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer - Full-Time at Central Park Mall

Join Central Park Mall, one of Jakarta’s most iconic commercial hubs, as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer. In this critical role, you will ensure the highest standards of workplace safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence for the entire mall, including its retail tenants, food courts, and public spaces. As an HSE Officer at Central Park Mall, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace through proactive risk assessment, compliance with regulatory standards, and the promotion of sustainable environmental practices. You will work closely with management, staff, and external partners to develop and enforce safety policies, incident investigation, and emergency response plans. With your expertise in HSE management, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the mall’s operations and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the mall’s premises, including retail stores, food courts, and public areas
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and health programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards
• Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff, vendors, and mall management on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental best practices
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management, energy conservation, and water usage
• Collaborate with mall management and external stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies and emergency response plans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, including those set by the Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health Agency (BK3)
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the mall, promoting continuous improvement and innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a commercial or retail environment
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations, including PerMenaker No. 23/2018 and PerMenLH No. 24/2017
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
