📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Assist in the creation and implementation of learning and development strategies.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs.,Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training sessions.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
