📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines,Assess and monitor patients' health status, and document findings accurately,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options,Maintain a clean and organized patient room and adhere to infection control protocols,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution,Active and valid Nursing license,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care🛠️ Keahlian
