📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and control costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
