📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial guidance to support business objectives.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities for professional growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to support the organization's financial health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Professional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
