📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).,Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
