Oversee the Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation processes, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to drive business decisions.,Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and automation specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies for improving our data analysis and automation processes, with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing costs.,Collaborate with other departments to identify areas where Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation can be used to improve processes and drive growth.,Monitor and report on the performance of our Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation initiatives, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation, and share this knowledge with the team.,Ensure that our data is secure and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.,Work closely with the IT department to ensure that our Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation tools are functioning properly and that any issues are resolved promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and process improvement.,Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Experience with Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).,Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
