Advanced Assembly Materials is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stamping Plant Manager to lead our advanced manufacturing operations in Badung, Bali. As the Stamping Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our stamping plant operations, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the stamping plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the stamping plant, including machinery, equipment, and personnel.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.,Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or metal stamping industry.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of and experience with stamping plant operations, including press operations, tooling, and quality control.
