📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style,Familiarity with software development processes and tools,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
