🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the public sector.
- Proven track record of successful infrastructure development and resource optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using SAP and ArcGIS.
