📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial construction projects.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the required specifications.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in industrial construction, mechanical, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
