In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retaining top talent. You'll work closely with our leadership team to understand our business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry-specific job boards, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of our hiring efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or in-house role.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, or Recruitly.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
