📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, hotels, and restaurants in Badung.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Develop and present compelling sales pitches to drive product adoption.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the local market in Badung, Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
