📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using advanced software tools.
• Analyze project requirements and create detailed cost breakdowns to ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to optimize resource allocation and minimize project costs.
• Prepare competitive bids and proposals for new projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or conditions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all cost-related activities and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Proven expertise in using AutoCAD and Procore for project management and cost estimation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Certification in cost estimation (e.g., CCE, RICS) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
